We hope you love your swaddle, but just in case you don’t, we do accept returns on swaddles.
In order to be eligible for return, swaddles must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Shipped to our return center using the prepaid label provided by Taking Cara Babies
Please know that a $10 flat-rate return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We currently do not offer color exchanges. You’re welcome to return your original swaddle (following return guidelines) and place a new order in your preferred color.

Taking Cara Babies classes are designed to hand you baby sleep tools to help your family thrive. If you decide your class isn’t the right fit for your family (for any reason), we will be happy to issue you a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Simply email our support team at [email protected] within 30 days, and let us know you’d like a refund. Please email us directly from your email account rather than using our contact form so that you can retain a record of your refund request. Refund requests submitted via Instagram or any other social platform will not be processed, so be sure to email your request to [email protected].
After 30 days, class purchases are completely non-refundable (even if you didn’t access or complete your class).
We cannot provide refunds on gift cards. In the case of a duplicate purchase, please contact us at [email protected] to apply the value of the gift card toward other resources.
Swaddle Shipping Policiesanchor

Taking Cara Babies currently offers free economy shipping for any order including 2 or more swaddles and free priority shipping for any order including a swaddle and a sleep class.
Taking Cara Babies charges flat rate shipping fees on all other swaddle orders:
- $5 flat fee for economy
- $10 flat fee for priority

Currently, Taking Cara Babies only ships swaddles within the US. We are diligently working to expand our shipping options beyond the US.

Orders typically depart from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of the order being placed (this does not include shipping/transit times). When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Priority shipping is delivered in 1-2 business day (after the swaddle departs from our warehouse). Please note federal holidays and major weather emergencies can impact this deliverability time.
Economy shipping typically takes 3-8 days (after the swaddle departs from our warehouse). Please note federal holidays and major weather emergencies can impact this deliverability time.
During sales or during product launches, purchases may take 3-7 business days to depart from our warehouse.

Taking Cara Babies sleep classes are available worldwide and are delivered within a few minutes of purchase. Please check the email you provided at checkout for all of your class details.

Yes! We do have closed captioning available on all of our class videos!
When you get into your videos, you’ll just need to click the CC icon to access closed captioning.

We’ve had this happen sporadically in the past, and our video platform recommends the following:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- Make sure cookies are enabled
- Quit your browser and re-open
- Reboot wifi and modem/browser
Our site uses a video player called Wistia, so you may also have some sort of ad blocking or other blocking enabled on your browsers that could be preventing the video from showing up. How would you know? Go to this Wistia demonstration page and scroll down a little, can you see and play the video right under the yellow “Get Started” button? If not, you may have something on your browser blocking Wistia. Consider using a different device or browser to see if that helps.
